Welcome to the official registration portal of Escalio Events LLP, having its registered office at C-11, Krishnalila, Harni Warsiya Ring Road, Vadodara – 390006, Gujarat, India.
- Scope of Services: Escalio Events LLP designs and conducts physical, hands-on STEM experiential learning workshops, puzzle boxes, and team treasure-hunt challenges across partner schools.
- Eligibility: Registration for a school event is open strictly to enrolled students of the respective partner school and eligible classes as configured for that campaign.
- Team Grouping & Event Rules: Student teams are formed per the guidelines agreed upon with the school principal/coordinator. Students must follow safety and facilitator instructions when handling physical STEM prototypes and optical/electronic puzzle kits.
- Official Receipts: Every successful online payment generates a verifiable digital receipt with a unique Registration ID (`ESC-...`).
2. Pricing & Fee Structure
Participation fees for Escalio Events LLP school programs are priced in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and typically range between ₹250 to ₹1,500 per student depending on the module duration, class tier, and experiential kit complexity agreed with the partner institution. The exact applicable fee (along with any applicable GST breakdown) is transparently displayed on the school registration form prior to checkout.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Event Postponement / Rescheduling: If an event date is rescheduled by the partner school due to academic calendar adjustments or unforeseen circumstances, all paid student registrations remain 100% valid for the rescheduled date.
- Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by the school or by Escalio Events LLP, a 100% full refund is initiated automatically to all registered parents.
- Duplicate Payments: In case a parent's account is debited twice for the same student due to network or UPI delays, the duplicate transaction amount will be refunded 100%.
- Individual Withdrawal / Medical Absence: Parents requesting cancellation prior to the school registration deadline (or due to documented medical emergencies) may email or WhatsApp our support desk with their Registration ID (`ESC-...`). Approved refunds are processed via our payment gateway directly back to the original source payment method (UPI / Bank Account / Card) within 5 to 7 working days as per RBI guidelines.
4. Privacy Policy
In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), Escalio Events LLP collects minimal student and parent information (Student Name, Gender, Class, Section, Roll Number, Parent Name, Mobile Number, and Email ID) strictly for: (a) Issuing official payment receipts, (b) Grouping students into balanced event teams, and (c) Delivering post-event performance statistics and school event media links. We do not sell, rent, or share student or parent personal data with any third-party marketers. All payment card/UPI credentials are processed securely on RBI-authorized PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (such as Razorpay) and are never stored on our servers.
